Juggling family, work and your own health isn’t easy — I understand that firsthand as a dad and husband. That’s why V2Fitness is built around real life: practical training, supportive coaching and sustainable habits for busy families. With my background in IT, fitness coaching and postgraduate sports coaching, every session is structured, purposeful and designed to help adults, kids and families move better, grow stronger and feel more confident.
